These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern access to americasreinventionexpert.com and the life, career, executive, and business-development coaching services offered by America's Reinvention Expert (“we,” “us,” or “the practice”). By using the site or requesting coaching, you agree to these Terms.
America's Reinvention Expert is a United States coaching practice focused on self-improvement, life and career coaching, and personal and business development. We serve adults who want structured conversation and practice for a next chapter. Communications occur by email and scheduled online conversation. We do not publish a telephone number or a physical office address on this website.
The website is an informational and request portal. Submitting a form does not create a coaching contract until we send a written confirmation describing the scope, cadence, and fees of an engagement.
Coaching is a collaborative, educational, and developmental relationship. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, financial-advisory services, or employment placement. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure mental or physical conditions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a licensed clinician. Coaching may complement other professional care; it does not replace it.
Life coaching addresses values, habits, relationships, and personal direction. Career coaching addresses story, skill translation, interviews, and workplace decisions. Executive coaching addresses presence, judgment, and leadership behavior. Business development coaching addresses offers, operating rhythm, and founder effectiveness. Results depend on your effort, context, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee job offers, promotions, revenue, valuation, happiness, relationship outcomes, or any particular life result. Testimonials on this site describe individual experiences. They are not typical results and are not a promise that you will achieve the same. Workshops and packages are educational containers, not warranties.
Any pricing shown on the site is illustrative of starting depth and may change. A confirmed written summary controls if it differs from website copy.
You must be at least 18 years old to request services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep scheduled conversations or cancel with reasonable notice, and treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. We may decline or end an engagement if the work is outside our competence, if safety is a concern, or if conduct is abusive, discriminatory, or repeatedly no-show.
Workshop participants agree not to record sessions without written permission, not to solicit other participants for competing businesses during the event in a way that disrupts the room, and not to share other participants’ personal stories outside the room.
Appointment requests submitted through the calendar and forms are requests only. A date is reserved when we confirm it by email. Workshops listed by city are event locations, not the practice’s legal address. Seats may be limited. If we cancel a workshop, we will offer a transfer to another date or a refund of fees paid to us for that event, as described in the confirmation email.
Client-initiated cancellations should be sent by email. Late cancellations may forfeit a session depending on the written agreement. Unused sessions typically expire at the end of the engagement period stated in that agreement unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The site, logo, copy, workshop frameworks, worksheets, and recorded materials are owned by America's Reinvention Expert or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or present our materials as your own training product. You may keep personal notes from your own sessions. You may not train a competing coaching offer on our proprietary frameworks without a separate written license.
Photographs on this site are used to illustrate natural professional and outdoor settings. Trademarks, including America's Reinvention Expert and the rising-path emblem, may not be used without permission except for legitimate factual reference.
Forms on this website are validated in your browser only. Submitting a form does not transmit data to a server from this static site. You remain responsible for any information you type. Do not include social security numbers, bank credentials, or medical records in website forms. If we later collect information by email, you grant us a limited right to use it to respond to your request and to deliver agreed services.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms are provided for sharing and community. We do not control those services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave our site. We are not responsible for content or conduct on third-party sites.
The site is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Coaching conversations are not a substitute for licensed professional services in medicine, law, accounting, or securities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable United States law, America's Reinvention Expert and its coaches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of the site or coaching services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid engagement shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the practice and its coaches from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your sharing of another client’s confidential information learned in a workshop.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the practice principally administers its online operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith email discussion first. If a dispute proceeds, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in the United States, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to a paid engagement will be described in writing for that engagement.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written coaching confirmation, are the entire agreement for website use. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
